Welcome to Orbiting Collectables. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

Orbiting Collectables offers trading cards, figures, accessories, and related collectibles for personal enjoyment and collection purposes.

By purchasing from our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

2. Product Descriptions & Conditions

All products are described as accurately as possible, including condition (e.g., “fresh pull,” “lightly played,” or “new”).

Cards are sold in the condition stated at the time of listing. Please review the grading reference key provided on our site before purchase.

Images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.

Accessories (e.g., card cases, sleeves, binders) are sold as new, unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders, Payment, Dispatch & Delivery

All prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be completed before dispatch.

All items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch, ideally within one hour of purchase. After this time, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Delivery times vary depending on location and service selected. If your order has not arrived within 72 hours of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.

We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or refuse orders due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and rare items, all sales are final on trading cards and collectibles. We do not accept returns for change of mind, grading disputes, or collector preference.

Accessories (such as sleeves, binders, and cases) may be eligible for return within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

If an accessory is defective, contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

5. Authenticity & Grading

We guarantee all trading cards sold are authentic and genuine.

Grading terms (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, Damaged) follow the reference key provided on our site.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that grading is subjective, and our descriptions are made in good faith.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

You agree not to misuse our site, including fraudulent orders, abusive behavior, or violation of intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orbiting Collectables is not responsible for:

Collector dissatisfaction with card condition beyond what is stated in the listing.

Damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

Loss of value of collectibles over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

8. Modifications to Terms

Orbiting Collectables reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.
