At Orbiting Collectables, we take pride in offering authentic trading cards, collectibles, and accessories. Please review our Warranty & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Trading Cards & Collectibles

All trading cards and collectibles are final sale.

Due to the collectible nature of these products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on:

Change of mind

Grading disagreements (e.g., condition disputes such as Near Mint vs Lightly Played)

Collector preference or resale value fluctuations

We guarantee that all cards are authentic and genuine. Card conditions are described using our Grading Reference Key, available on our site.

2. Accessories (Sleeves, Binders, Cases, etc.)

Accessories are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unused

In original packaging

In the same condition as received

If an accessory arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

3. Return Process (For Eligible Items Only)

To request a return, contact us via our website form or email support@orbitingcollectables.co.uk.

Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval. Items returned outside this window may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Items returned damaged, used, or missing packaging may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

5. Warranty

Trading Cards & Collectibles: No warranty applies due to their collectible nature. Items are sold as described and as photographed.

Accessories: Covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
